Our founders and several managers are trained industrial design engineers and mold engineers. So experts who understand plastic part engineering. We designed tons of plastic parts from a few mm until 1,5 meters in height .
We designed parts and molds for high precision gears and from electric shavers until medical parts and furniture, but also: Electronic encasings, toys, sports goods, gift away, promotional items and so on. ♦ In addition, we translate your ideas into 2D and 3D product files and we re-design product files. if you donnot have 3d design but only a sample please don-not worry we can 3 dimensional scan your part for a small additional fee. |
Mold or tool making servicesWe also manufacturer export molds made in China. Together with you, we determine the construction of the molds, sprue and gate types and steel materials.
After the mold is drafted in China (with English documentation), we discuss the design in detail with our customer. Once the customer and our mold team have reached an agreement, and approved the drawings, mould manufacturing can be started China.. Usually we ( a mould maker who is from china ) make Use of German types of tool steel. Every week we send photos and an updated plan. Delivery times are short. The T1 or test trial injection molding wit the new mold also occurs in China. The mould only comes to the your company(by ship or airplane) when the customer has approved the products. our company can assist you in importing the both injection molds until your door, We work together with several forwarding agents. The main advantage is that we, the toolmaker, act as a guarantor for reliability and adequate maintenance. This involves: guarantee, modifications and repairs.
