car tuning encasing:
For a Dutch Car tuning company we have made a simple encasing and lid. To keep cost low we made 2 different cavities in one mold:so called family mold. injection molded toilet parts
Smartloo asked us to co-operate as a prototype and a mold manufacturer for their smart toilet cleaner products
Firstly we have made 3d printed prototypes for them, so they could test their innvation in the real world, in this case flushing toilets! It worked!;
Secondly we provided them with 5 molds for teh entire product assembly. Also as an extra services we set up an ultrasonic assembly line.
And last but not least we provided final production for all the plastic parts and assembly.

We are currently running orders for the famous pivot trainer, made out of ABS/pc material, besides injection molding this plastic we assemble and pack this products
For another innovative company, Bagolf, we were involved in an early stage of the product development process.
After they finished their basic designs, our team of industrial design engineers made 3d cadfiles , initially for a rapid prototype, a show model. After showing the Gbag on an exhibition and several changes we are starting tooling the product now. So for this customer we delivered a wide array of (mold) services .

We have made molds for TOYS; usually toy have large quantities and require assembly, secondary processes and so on..China is still the largest tpy market where millions of toys are produced daily
